How to make

Cut the konjac into sticks.


Boil the konjac in boiling water and put it in a colander to drain the water.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the konjac.


Add mushrooms and stir-fry when the konjac is dry.


When the whole is cooked and the mushrooms are softened, add the combined soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar and water and bring to a boil.
