It looks like a lot of ingredients (seasonings), but you can usually make it with what you have at home!
● How to make
Cut the konjac into 1 cm squares. Cut the green beans to a width of 1 cm.Mix miso, sake, mirin, and ketchup in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the minced pork. When the color changes and it is cooked, add the chopped konjac and fry.
Add 3/4 cup of water (outside the amount) and the mixed seasoning to a frying pan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Adjust the stew time while watching the situation.
When it's boiled, add the cut beans and simmer for another minute to finish!
● What is the taste?
The fluffy minced meat is juicy and has the sweetness and richness of fat. Miso sauce is an exquisite dish with the hidden taste of sweet and sour ketchup. The texture is accented with konjac and crispy beans. Thanks to konjac, even if you eat a lot, you will feel a little less guilty! The expiration date is about 3 days in the refrigerator. You can put it in your lunch box, put it on tofu, or sprinkle it on white rice to make it look like rice.
