2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of granulated dashi stock
Water 100cc

How to make
Cut the konjac into small pieces and blanch them in boiling water.
Cut the burdock into slightly thick strips. Remove the lye by exposing it to water in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add drained burdock root and fry.

When the burdock is tender, add konjac and fry.

When the whole is cooked, add the combined soy sauce, mirin, sugar, granule dashi stock, and water and let it boil.
