stock of granulated soup stock 1/2 teaspoon
water (esp. cool, fresh water, e.g. drinking water) 100cc
sesame oil proper quantity
Scorched sesame seeds or seven spice toppings (optional) proper quantity

Directions

Cut konnyaku into thin strips and blanch briefly in boiling water.

Cut burdock root into slightly thicker strips. Remove the scum by soaking in a bowl of water.
