Konnyaku Fried Rice
This fried rice is made by reducing the rice and adding chopped konnyaku. It has a delightful plump texture and fills you up!

30g (1.06oz) konjac (or konnyaku string konjac)

Prepare

konnyaku by boiling konnyaku in water, then chop it into small pieces. Chop up konnyaku into small pieces.

Heat oil (not included in the quantity) in a frying pan, fry konnyaku and chashu pork, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
