I ate the limited-time menu "Asari Ramen" reprinted at "Kyoto Kitashirakawa Ramen Kairikiya". No backfat, no char siu. The light salt soup is filled with the soup stock that exudes from a large amount of shellfish.

The price is 825 yen (tax included). The clam ramen that appeared in 2019 is back. The taste of the clam soup stock, which is dissolved in the salt-based soup, spreads throughout your mouth, giving you a feeling of the spring season. With mizuna and white onion, the taste and appearance are a little different from last year, and if you want a stimulating taste, you can enjoy it by dissolving the yuzu pepper attached to the end of the pot in the soup.

The flesh of the shellfish is plump and quite delicious. Every time I chew, the umami overflows, and I'm crazy about removing the noodles and soup from the shell and carrying them to my mouth. When I counted the shells later, I found that there were 21 clams in one cup. I'm a little moved.

Mizuna and white onion are crispy and have a pleasant texture. The soup has a weak scent. You can feel the individuality of green onions. The noodles are entwined with soup, but they have a light taste. The impression is that the spaghetti vongole is as light as possible.
