Netsa Festival - Vol. 2"

Hamazushi restaurants will hold "Hamazushi's Summer Delicious Netsa Festival - Vol. 2" from August 10, 2012. Five new items will be added to the lineup, including Ishigaki clams, wild tiger prawns, and Mediterranean bluefin tuna.

The sale will end as soon as all the products are gone.

Kohada

Sushi of kohada, which is vinegared and has concentrated flavor. Price: 110 yen (tax included, same as below).

Ishigaki Mussel

Ishigaki clams are in season in summer and have a slightly sweet taste. Priced at 110 yen.

Wild tiger prawn

The rich sweetness, flavor, and plumpness of the prawns are irresistible. Priced at 165 yen.

Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna Chutoro

A dish of tuna medium fatty tuna, with a perfect balance of lean and fatty meat and a smooth texture, served in a large portion. The price is 319 yen.

Seared Kobe Beef Nigiri with Special Sauce

The finely textured meat and elegant sweetness are superb. Price: 319 yen.
