Sushiro restaurants will start selling "shijimi shio ramen" and "shijimi shoyu ramen" supervised by "Lake Shinji shijimi chuka soba Kohaku," a popular restaurant with a long lineup, on October 4, 2012.These two ramen products are supervised by the popular restaurant "Lake Shijimi Chuka Soba Kohaku," which received a high rating of 3.98 on the "Eat Log" and was selected in the "Eat Log Ramen TOKYO 100 Best Restaurants 2022" and ranked second in the "Tokyo x Ramen and Tsukemen Popularity Ranking.
