ous Restaurant Series Sushiro restaurants have launched the "Sushiro x Eat Log" Famous Restaurant Series in collaboration with "Eat Log". Three "special ramen" items supervised by popular ramen restaurants around Japan will be available at all Sushiro stores nationwide from August 2.

The new items are "Menya Kaijin," which was selected as one of the "100 Best Ramen Restaurants in TOKYO 2020" in the "EATABLOG" list. which was selected as one of the "Eating Log Ramen TOKYO 100 Best Ramen Restaurants 2020," the "Scallop & Sansho Ramen" supervised by "Mugi no Yoake," which received a score of 3.63 on the eating log, and the "Retsubi Ramen" supervised by "Yamakei Muso Sanya Retsubi," which was selected as one of the "Eating Log Ramen WEST 100 Best Ramen Restaurants 2022.

This ramen is supervised by "Sankei-Muso San-ya Retsubi," a restaurant with a 3.74 rating on the food log that popularized Yamagata's ramen culture in Osaka. It is a spicy miso ramen with the flavor of seafood. Two types of miso are used based on the umami of beef and pork, bonito, mackerel, and dried bonito, and spiciness is added to create a deep and spicy soup.
