Kurazushi "Seared Bluefin Tuna and Crab" Fair

The "Seared Bluefin Tuna and Crab" Fair will be held at Kurazushi restaurants for a limited time starting June 23. The main attraction of the fair will be the "Seared Aged Bluefin Tuna" (one portion), as well as "Large Salmon Roe (one portion)," "Large Seared Engawa with Burnt Soy Sauce (one portion)," and "Assorted Gokujo Shellfish" from the "Goku no Ippin Series" (a series of "exquisite products of the highest quality").

Seared Aged Bluefin Tuna (Consistency)

The fatty fish is aged in a unique way to bring out the original flavor of nodoguro. The skin is seared to order, allowing the customer to enjoy the sweetness and flavor of the fine fat that melts out of the skin along with its savory aroma. The price is 165 yen. Available from June 23 to July 2.

Large salmon roe

Large, rich white salmon ikura are procured, processed, and seasoned under integrated management, and only those that meet certain standards, such as the size of the grains, are carefully selected at the processing plant. You can enjoy the rich flavor of the salmon roe that pops in your mouth, and the texture of the large, yet small pieces of salmon roe in this gunkanzushi. The price is 180 yen. Available from June 23 to July 2.

Ookiri-Seared Engawa with Burnt Soy Sauce (Consistency)

Kurazushi "Aburi no Doroguro to Kura" Fair - Large slice seared Engawa with burnt soy sauce (Consumption: 1 piece)

This sushi is approximately 1.5 times larger than the standard Engawa. It is marinated in Kurazushi's original broth and soy sauce, and then seared over an open flame after it is ordered, so that the fat is melted and the sweetness and flavor of the fat can be tasted along with the savory aroma. The price is 130 yen. The sushi will be on sale from June 23 to July 2. Excluding the LaLaport Sakai store.

Superior Shellfish Platter

Kurazushi "Aburi no nodoguro to kura" fair, assorted superb shellfish

The assortment includes hand-rolled thick scallops topped with salmon roe, fresh abalone with a crunchy texture, large red clams, which are becoming rarer and rarer every year, Hokkaido mussels, which are twice the size of regular items, and Hokkaido "tsubu gai", which are raw and therefore have a delicious flavor and sweetness. Hokkaido "hokki-gai", which is raw and therefore offers great flavor and sweetness, can be enjoyed on a single plate. The price is 990 yen. Available from June 23 to July 2.
