Hamazushi "Kaibushio Ramen" and "Thick Cold Tantan Noodles"

Hamazushi, a 100-yen sushi chain, will release a new product, "Kaibushio Ramen," which is particular about soup stock, on July 16th. The price is 380 yen (excluding tax).

Shellfish salt ramen

"Kaibushi Shio Ramen" is a light salt ramen that emphasizes the taste of scallops. The soup uses three types of natural salt (Hakuho's salt, Teshio, and Awaji's algae salt) to create a mellow taste with no salt. Three kinds of shellfish soup stock (scallop, clam, clam) and knot (bonito, mackerel, dried sardine) are also used to add depth to the taste. You can fully enjoy the taste of shellfish and fish.

Thick chilled dandan noodles

The popular "rich chilled dandan noodles" will be released this year as well. The soup with gold sesame is based on dark soy sauce, and by adding peanut butter and red miso, it is finished with a rich and mild seasoning. The soup with its fragrant sesame flavor goes well with the moderately spicy chili oil and the meat miso soaked in the flavor. The price is 380 yen (excluding tax).

Hamazushi "rich chilled dandan noodles"

We recommend the new product "Kaibushi Shio Ramen" for the light group and the popular "rich chilled dandan noodles" for the heavy group. You'll want to go not only for sushi but also for ramen!
