Sushiro "Hamaguri Shio Ramen

Sushiro is selling "Hamaguri Shio Ramen", the second ramen supervised by "Menya Kaijin", for a limited time only starting June 1. The price is 440 yen (tax included).

Hamaguri Shio Ramen

The first product in collaboration with Menya Kaijin, "Shio Ramen with a Super Love Affair with Seafood," was released on May 14, 2021 and has been so popular that a total of approximately 700,000 servings have been sold, with one serving eaten every two seconds or more. This time, "Hamaguri Shio Ramen" was introduced as the second product.

The Hamaguri Shio Ramen is based on a soup made by carefully cooking fresh hamaguri clams. The secret ingredients are sea bream ara, clams, and kelp. This light yet richly flavored dish is a perfect match for sushi.

The soup is characterized by its beautiful clarity, and the "Hamaguri Shio Ramen," a collaboration product with Sushiro, also has a clear soup.
