Ramen Kagetsu Arashi "Salted Sea Bream and Clam Soba with Golden Clam" and "Salted Sea Bream and Clam Soba with Golden Clam and More Meat

It is said to be a dish supervised by Atsuyuki Yamamoto, owner of the popular ramen restaurant "SOBAHOUSE Golden Nyorai" in Shinjuku-Gyoen, Tokyo. The soup is made of sea bream and clams, and is combined with medium-fine, straight noodles with whole wheat flour.

Ingredients include two types of Iberian pork belly and shoulder roast pork, arugula, basil, bacon bits, bamboo shoots, tomato sauce, and porcini sauce. The soup, noodles, and ingredients are all calculated to work well together, and each bite is presented as a different flavor experience. Large servings are not available. The price is 1,000 yen per bowl (tax included, same below).
