Wabushi Tonkotsu Shoyu

Ramen

"Wabushi Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen" is a menu item jointly developed by Kyokuniboshi Honpo, a dried noodle specialty restaurant, and Ramen Yamaoka Family. The soup is made from Yamaoka-ke's pork bones and fishmeal, with special noodles made from whole wheat flour and topped with crunchy green onions and chopped onions. The soup is presented as a new flavor with the impact of Wabushi (Japanese dried bonito flakes). In addition to the single item, the "Spinach Plus Set" and "Special Gyoza Set" that go well with the Wabushi are also available.

Prices are 880 yen (including tax) for the single item, 960 yen for the spinach set, and 1,200 yen for the special gyoza set.
