Ingredients (for 2 people)

Ribs 150g (5.29oz)
20 pieces of perilla, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and potato starch
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of miso, sake, mirin
1 teaspoon sugar
Appropriate amount of white sesame
