"Tsukesoba Mensaibo Gotanda" is a 5-minute walk from JR Gotanda Station. This shop is always crowded at noon. I was curious, so I actually went there.

The average size is 300g (10.58oz), but you can change it to medium (450g (15.87oz)) or large (600g (21.16oz)) for the same amount.
It seems that it will take time to provide it, so I waited for a while. The toppings for the soba noodles that came in about 10 minutes were eggs, menma, char siu, and seaweed soaked in soup. The impression is that it is a very common tsukemen.

What you should pay attention to is the straight noodles that are crispy and have a chewy texture. That should be the case. Actually, this shop is a ramen shop directly managed by a noodle manufacturing company called "Taisei Foods". It is also recommended to try the noodles, which you can enjoy the three-stage texture of Churu, Mochi, and Puri, without dipping them in the soup. You can see how delicious it is.
The noodles are delicious
The soup has a surprisingly smooth taste, as if it were a thick and coterie type. The taste of seafood is strongly felt. This alone is delicious enough, but if you want it, I'd like to have another habit or accent ...
The moist char siu goes well with the soup, and when you chew it, you can feel the richness of the soft fat.
At the end, add the split soup. The richness of the seafood is a little far away, but it is easy to drink. I want to carry it in a water bottle.
"Special Tsukemen" from "Tsukemen Mensaibo" gives the impression of being an "honor student in the Tsukemen world" as a whole. I would like another point for the soup, but considering that the leading role is "noodles", this balance may be the best. If you are interested, why not give it a try?
