A collaboration campaign between "Tsukemen specialty store Mita Seimenjo" and "Yoronotaki" will be held from March 12th.

Yoronotaki has been open as an izakaya at night and as a beef bowl restaurant during the day. The Japanese-style "Yoroushi Don", which you won't get tired of eating, is still loved as a reprint menu.

In this collaboration, "Yoroushi Tsukemen," which is an arrangement of the beef bowl into tsukemen, will be offered at some stores of the Mita Noodle Factory in the Kanto region. From the same day, the collaboration product "rich pork bone seafood tsukemen" will be on sale for 21 days only at the target Yoronotaki store.

The classic Tsukemen is served with plenty of Japanese-style beef with a dashi stock, just like the original "Yoroushi Don". In addition, seaweed, green onions, pickled ginger, and hot spring eggs are added to make it look gorgeous.
