Tsukemen specialty restaurant Mita Seimenjo will start selling its winter limited menu "Thick Seafood Miso Tsukemen" on December 6. The restaurant will also offer "Aka Miso Tsukemen" and "Kuro Miso Tsukemen".

What is "Thick Seafood Miso Tsukemen"?

The soup is based on a rich pork bone and seafood broth, to which is added rich miso paste, mild back fat, and savory aromatic oil. This soup, when combined with the atsumori noodles, makes a perfect winter menu item that will keep you warm to the last bite.
