oyu Chilled Noodles", "Spicy Tonkotsu Tsukemen" Hidakaya Ardent Chinese Restaurant will introduce "Tan-an-men", "Kurozu Shoyu Chilled Noodles", and "Spicy Tonkotsu Tsukemen" as limited time offerings, available from April 21, 2023.

Tantanmen

"Tantanmen" was discontinued in conjunction with the introduction of "Omiya Tantanmen" in 2019, but will be re-released for the first time in four years due to many requests for a reissue. The noodles are made with sesame and sesame seeds, minced pork, and Chinese pickles. The flavorful sesame and minced pork taste combined with the pork bone broth can be enjoyed. The price is 640 yen.


Spicy

Tonkotsu

Tsukemen "Spicy Tonkotsu Tsukemen" combines the flavor of spicy miso and the spiciness of raayu (Chinese chili oil) in a tonkotsu (pork bone) based soup. The noodle is made with 1.5 balls of thick noodles produced at Hidakaya's own factory, which gives the noodle a sticky texture that can be enjoyed with the soup. The price is 640 yen for a single item, 900 yen for the "Gyoza Set" and 920 yen for the "Half Fried Rice Set.

Kurozu

Shoyu Cold Noodle "Kurozu Shoyu Cold Noodle" is designed to be refreshing even when you have a poor appetite. The soup is made with a unique balance of black vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice, combined with honjozo soy sauce. The soup is well balanced with Hidakaya's original thin noodles and ingredients such as cucumber, wakame seaweed, ham, and broiled egg. The price is 640 yen for a single item, 900 yen for the "Gyoza Set" and 920 yen for the "Half Fried Rice Set.
