Ingredients
100g (3.53oz) okara
1/2 cucumber
2 slices bacon
2 boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons unsweetened yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut cucumber into thin rounds and boiled eggs into coarse chunks. Cut bacon into appropriate size and fry in a pan.
Put okara in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes.
When the heat from the okara is removed, add mayonnaise and yogurt and mix.
Add cucumber, boiled egg, and bacon.
Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste!
