Koya-Tofu Kabayaki Style - How does it taste?

Crispy and crunchy on the outside, fluffy and chewy on the inside. As soon as you bite into it, the sweet and spicy sauce starts to seep out from the crispy dried tofu. It is fragrant and has a slightly meat-like texture. The sauce is coated with potato starch, which makes the rice go faster and faster!

Koya-tofu is not only a healthy meal for those on a diet, but also a great source of protein when there is no meat or fish in the fridge. Koya-tofu can be used not only as a side dish but also as a main ingredient! It's a dry food and I think it's good to have it on hand at home.
