The udon is made of thinly sliced udon noodles with a smooth texture, topped with Nakau's special soy sauce sauce and served with green onions and grated daikon radish. It is served with a whole piece of Tokushima Prefecture's sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) squeezed over the udon.
