Hotto Motto Grill will hold a "Oroshi Fair" starting June 1. The new "Oroshi Pork Steak Plate" and "Oroshi Toriten Plate," as well as the regular "Grilled Hamburger Plate (with oroshi ponzu)" and "Oroshi Chicken Tatsuta Bento (with flavored soy sauce/Japanese ponzu)" will be available.

Oroshi Pork Steak Plate

Pork steak is made from pork thigh meat, which has less fat and a lighter flavor, so that it can be enjoyed even during the season when people's appetites tend to wane. The pork steak is tossed in a Japanese sauce that goes well with the meat, which has the flavor of onions added. The sauce can be served with grated daikon (Japanese radish) for a refreshing taste, or with the optional dashi soy sauce for a different flavor. The price is 790 yen (tax included, same as below).

Oroshi Toriten Plate

A satisfying dish consisting of four pieces of toriten (chicken tempura). The toriten is seasoned chicken thigh meat, battered and deep-fried one by one in the restaurant, so you can fully enjoy the flavor of the chicken. The juicy toriten is topped with grated daikon (Japanese radish) and Japanese-style ponzu vinegar made from five types of citrus juice (yuzu, sudachi, kabosu, daidai, and lemon) to make it a refreshing dish. Price: 540 yen.

The three products other than the "Oroshi Chicken Tatsuta Bento" will not be sold at Hot More.
