This product is a shochu made from Akita Prefecture's specialty "Inaniwa udon". "Inaniwa Hoshi Udon" from the long-established udon shop "Sato Yosuke Shoten", which operates mainly in Akita Prefecture, is used. You can enjoy the aroma and umami that reminds you of udon flour, and the rich taste. In addition to drinking with a rock, you can feel the unique flavor even with water or hot water.
