In Korea, the orthodox way to drink Chamisul is to pour it into a shot glass and drink it straight. In Japan, on the other hand, the popular way to drink it is to mix it with soda to make it easier to drink and match it with food and dinner. However, some people have said that Chamisul mixed with soda dilutes the gorgeous fruit aroma and subtle sweetness that are characteristic of Chamisul.
