The perfect solution for such a situation is the "trifle," an easy-to-prepare British dessert. It is made of layers of sponge cake, cream, fruit, and other ingredients, and is often eaten at Christmas. I tried to make it right away.

Trifle recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pack of strawberries
1 commercial sponge cake (size 5)
1 can of fruit (425g (14.99oz))
250ml (8.45us fl oz) whipping cream
Cornflakes as needed
Chocolate sauce as needed

1. Cut strawberries and sponge cake into bite-sized pieces

2. Soak the sponge cake in the syrup from the fruit tin for 5 minutes.

3. Layer the ingredients in a glass (in any order you like)

When you put the sponge in your mouth, the syrup soaked into the sponge will spread out. When making the sponge cake, it is recommended to add a splash of alcohol to the syrup to give it a more mature taste. You can also dip it in coffee instead of syrup.
