The first of a series of fairs commemorating Sushiro's 40th anniversary, "40th Anniversary! Great Big Thanks Festival" will be held at Sushiro stores from October 4, 2012 to commemorate the 40th anniversary. The main attraction of the event will be the "Big Bluefin Tuna", which will be offered at 100 yen including tax, and the return of popular "reissued items" such as "Salt Dare Bincho" and "Aburi Salmon Harasu".
