There are many "diamonds in the rough" on the crowdfunding service Kickstarter. If you take a peek inside regularly, you may come across something that attracts you. and you may come across something that attracts your attention. En-Eat has introduced many such items in the past, including an item that can make scrambled boiled eggs and a spill-proof mug developed by an 11-year-old girl.

The project that has captured my heart in the mining pit known as Kickstarter is none other than potato salad.

... I'll say it again. It's potato salad.......!

This project was initiated in Ohio, USA. Zack Danger Brown, the founder of this project, has never made potato salad in his life. He started the "Potato Salad" project on Kickstarter to raise funds to buy the ingredients to make his first potato salad in his life.

The website also states that they " don't know yet" what ingredients and seasonings they will use because it is their first time (although it only explains that the potatoes are bought at the nearest supermarket called Kroger).

The project seems to have caught the attention of the public, and has been widely reported in the international media. According to the U.S. media outlet Foodbeast, the initial goal of $10 was exceeded just two days after the project was launched, and $1,608 was raised.

The goals set forth in the first phase are

For $35, make 4x the potato salad.
For $75, a pizza party
For $100, make two different potato salad recipes.

But, as one would expect, after so much support money has been raised, it is impossible not to get serious about the project (of course, they have been serious from the beginning...). (Of course, they must have been serious from the beginning...). While showing some dismay at this situation (?) However, he has left the following update history as a further goal.

Target #2
For $250, use "good mayonnaise."
For $300, you get a better recipe from the chef.
For $350, I'll make more potatoes and maybe a third recipe.

Target No. 3
For $1,000, live stream the making of potato salad.
For $1,200, make a video thanking your supporters
For $3,000, rent out a party hall and invite people over for a potato salad party

Even though there are still more than 20 days left to go, more than 2,000 supporters have gathered, and the total investment is over $20,000 (!!). The amount of investment has exceeded $20,000 (!!). How many more supporters will there be by the project deadline? How much more supporters will there be by the project deadline, what new goals will Brown set, and how big a potato party will he throw?
