Udon: Broccoli, sunny lettuce, radish, carrot, red cabbage, red bell pepper, six kinds of fresh vegetables, topped with diced bacon, croutons and cheese powder. The finishing touch is a generous drizzle of a slightly indulgent Caesar dressing made with three types of cheese: smoked cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Camembert cheese.

The creamy, rich flavor of the dressing goes surprisingly well with Hanamaru's signature noodles and dipping sauce. The Caesar Salad Udon is a new product available only for a limited time. Priced at 740 yen for a small size and 880 yen for a medium size (tax included, same below). (same price for in-store dining and To go).
