Morning Mac-style hashed potatoes
Material (4 sheets)2 potatoes (about 200g (7.05oz))
Potato starch 10g (0.35oz)
Salt and pepper A little salad oil Appropriate amount
How to makeWrap one potato in a wrap and heat it in a microwave oven at 500W for 3 minutes. Peel it while it is hot, put it in a container and crush it with a fork to make mashed potatoes.
Finely chop the other potato.
Combine the two potatoes, add salt, pepper and potato starch and mix well.
Divide into 4 equal parts and mold into a flat oval shape. If it doesn't come together, add a small amount of water.
Heat the cooking oil so that the entire bottom of the frying pan is hidden, and fry the molded potatoes. The trick is to finish it crispy over medium to high heat. Completed when both sides are golden brown.
What is its taste?
The outside is crispy and the inside is moist and fluffy! You can enjoy the smooth texture of mashed potatoes and the chewy texture of diced potatoes at the same time, and you can enjoy a great deal. You can also add ketchup if you like. Try it for breakfast or snacks.
