There are two dipping sauces to choose from: Japanese-style sauce and thick sauce. The Japanese-style sauce has a refreshing taste and is made with a combination of rich bonito broth, grated daikon radish and shiso leaves, "Oba Dashi Oroshi," or "Ao Shiba Tartar," which is an addictive combination of shibazuke pickles and tartar sauce. The thick sauce comes in two varieties: "raayu mayo," which has an addictive spiciness, and "umami salt sauce," which has a mouthwatering sesame oil flavor. The "Soy Sauce" can be eaten as is, or with the two different sauces to enjoy the taste all the way to the end.
