We previously reported that a YouTube video showing how to make "scrambled boiled eggs" was getting a lot of attention on En-Eat. The method is to put an egg in the sleeve of a shirt, tie it with a string, and spin it around and around. However, this method requires a little trick to turn the egg, and also has the drawback that the shirt sleeve gets stretched.

Is there any way to make shirts without stretching the sleeves? And for those of you who are thinking

But now, at long last, a kitchen gadget born "just" to make scrambled boiled eggs has made its impressive debut! The company is currently seeking investors on Kickstarter.

This is Goose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is Goose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For those who do not know, a scrambled boiled egg is an egg boiled by combining the white and the filling inside the shell. When the egg is rotated before boiling, the white and yolk merge beautifully inside, and when the egg is boiled and the shell is peeled, a "golden egg" appears.

Beautiful golden eggs.

The "Goose" is a very simple item, with a string attached to both sides of the "capsule" that holds the egg. By pulling the string from both sides, the capsule is spun around and the contents are "scrambled" by centrifugal force.

The Goose is very easy to use and does not require much force, so even children can make scrambled boiled eggs. In addition, they are recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Incidentally, the taste of scrambled boiled eggs is a bit different from that of so-called "scrambled eggs. According to the developer of Goose, it has "an aromatic, delicate flavor and a silky smooth texture.

It can be arranged in a variety of dishes!

I'm seriously considering funding this project on Kickstarter to be one of the first to get one.
