Ramen Yamaoka-ke has announced on its official website that "Aged Miso Bean Sprouts Ramen," "Aged Miso Bean Sprouts Ramen Half Rice Set," and "Aged Miso Bean Sprouts Ramen Special Dumpling Set" will be available as limited time offerings.
The "Aged Miso Bean Sprout Ramen" combines two types of miso in a deeply delicious aged miso soup with special thick wheat-flavored noodles, and is topped with a heaping pile of vegetables and garlic. The dish is described as a bowl of soup that warms both body and soul.
The price is 910 yen (tax included, same below). It will go on sale on January 10.
