s "Shakashaka Potatoes"

McDonald's will introduce "Shakashaka Potatoes Plum Nori Shio Flavor" and "Shakashaka Potatoes Garlic Black Pepper Mayo Flavor" to be available from March 8, 2023 to early April.

McFly Potatoes are made from whole potatoes cut from a limited variety of potatoes in the world and deep-fried to a crispy golden brown on the outside and crunchy on the inside. The new "Shakashaka Potato" series is a new flavor.


Shakashaka Potato Ume-Nori

Salt Fl

avor "Shakashaka Potato Ume-Nori Salt Flavor" combines sweet and sour plum flavor with grilled nori seaweed to create a spring-like Japanese flavor. The sweet and sour taste of plums and the savory flavor of grilled nori can be enjoyed. 90% of the ume powder is made from Kishu Nanko plums. It can be ordered with fries for an additional 40 yen (tax included, same as below) or with the value set for an additional 40 yen.


Shakashaka Potatoes with Garlic and Black Pepper

Mayo

Flavor "Shakashaka Potatoes with Garlic and Black Pepper Mayo Flavor" has the flavor of garlic and black pepper, with mayonnaise added for a more appetizing taste. The richness of mayonnaise and the punchy flavor of garlic give it an addictive taste. It can be ordered with fries for an additional 40 yen to the price of a single fry, and can be added to the Value Set for an additional 40 yen.


In principle, it is available at all McDonald's restaurants nationwide, with the exception of some stores. The offer is available from 10:30 a.m. to closing time, or until 4:59 a.m. at 24-hour stores. Prices will vary at some stores, as well as for delivery.
