These are the third items in the "Summer Beef Fair" with the hope that customers will enjoy tasty meat and get through the hot summer season with energy and vitality.

The beef tongue bento features a leek salt sauce that brings out the flavor of the beef tongue. The beef tongue, which is cut into a thicker, more resilient yet easy-to-eat portion, is stir-fried in a salt sauce that contains a well-balanced blend of garlic and black pepper.
