commemorate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the first Mos Burger store in the region, Mos Burger Shinzui Store (Aratama Ten, Mizuho-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture). The product is being sold as a token of gratitude to the people of the region.

The product uses Hatcho miso made by Noda Miso, known as "Masuzuka Miso. The original sauce, which is familiar to the region, was developed by using Hatcho miso as the main ingredient and seasoning it with sugar and soy sauce. Hatcho miso is characterized by its dark reddish-brown color, and is a specialty of Aichi Prefecture that not only has a strong umami taste, but also a moderate acidity that gives it a unique flavor.

Mos Burger "Miso Katsu Rice Burger with Hatcho Miso".

This product is a loin cutlet topped with a thick sauce based on "Masuzuka Miso's" Hatcho Miso and combined with crispy cabbage. The burger is inspired by the "miso katsu" (pork cutlet), a rich, hearty Nagoya dish, and is served with mustard (an optional extra).

The lineup includes a hamburger and a rice burger. The Misokatsu Burger with Hatcho Miso is priced at 480 yen, and the Misokatsu Rice Burger with Hatcho Miso is priced at 510 yen (both including tax).
