The "Kuro-Ma-Yu Garlic Sprouts Gyudon" is a bowl of beef topped with crunchy garlic sprouts in a special spicy sauce, topped with Sukiya's special "Kuro-Ma-Yu Sauce" with the aroma of burnt garlic. The black Soy Sauce is made by slowly frying grated garlic in sesame oil to give it a rich garlic aroma. The deep aroma and flavor of the charred garlic blends well with the deliciously spicy garlic sprouts, and is sure to make your meal go faster.

Also available at the same time are the "Kuro-ma-oyu double garlic beef bowl" topped with whole fried garlic cloves and the "Kuro-ma-oyu triple garlic beef bowl" with fried garlic and chili peppers for an addictive spicy taste.
