The "Kuro-Ma-Yu Garlic Sprouts Gyudon" is a bowl of beef topped with crunchy garlic sprouts in a special spicy sauce, topped with Sukiya's special "Kuro-Ma-Yu Sauce" with the aroma of burnt garlic. The black Soy Sauce is made by slowly frying grated garlic in sesame oil to give it a rich garlic aroma. The deep aroma and flavor of the charred garlic blends well with the deliciously spicy garlic sprouts, and is sure to make your meal go faster.
