Legendary Sutadon restaurant will be offering "Goukai W Gyusui Iwa Shio Yakiniku Don", "Karaage Goukai W Gyusui Iwa Shio Yakiniku Don", and "Goukai W Gyusui Iwa Shio Yakiniku Don: Niku Zanmai Zakari" as limited time menu items starting March 1.

Goukai W Gyu Iwa Shio Yakiniku Don


In the "Goukai W Beef Iwashio Yakiniku Don", harami and juicy ribs are marinated in a mixture of "secret garlic soy sauce sauce", "salt koji" and "mirin", which are used in the standard "Sutadon" menu. The meat is then stir-fried in the "special Sutamina Iwashio Yakiniku Dare," which has a great taste of rock salt and a punch of garlic, and served on top of three large bowls of rice.

The "Special Sutamina Iwashio Yakiniku Dare" is the first seasoning that uses rock salt in Sutadonya. Rock salt is known for its straightforward salty taste that easily enhances the flavor of the meat. The garlic sauce with rock salt dissolved in it, along with grated garlic, mirin (sweet cooking rice wine), sesame seeds, and other ingredients, is designed to give a rich, rich taste with a punchy flavor that is typical of Sutadonya. For the finishing touch, rock salt and garlic chips crushed at the restaurant are sprinkled to enhance the flavor.

The amount of meat is about 1.3 times as much as that of a standard sudadon. The meat is 1.3 times as much as that of a standard bowl of rice, and is cooked at high heat to retain the savory flavor of the sauce and the tender meat. In addition, "Special Sutamina Gochujang," which is said to have a sweet taste with a strong punch, is available as an optional garnish. The mixture of sesame oil, sugar, soybean paste, and gochujang gives it a sweet and spicy flavor with a hint of garlic. It is said that if you pour this on the meat in the middle of the dish to change the taste, the meat with the flavor of rock salt will become richly sweet and spicy, and the rice will go further. Karaage Gasshi Iwa Shio Yakiniku Don


The "Karaage Gassen Iwa Shio Yakiniku Don" is a combination of 3 pieces of "Sutamina Karaage" marinated in "secret garlic soy sauce sauce" and sake seasoning. Total calories are over 2,000kcal. The price is 1,180 yen.

Iwa-Shio Yakiniku Don: Meat Zanmai Platter


The "Iwa-Shio Yakiniku Don: Niku Zanmai Zakkou" is a bowl of grilled meat with double the amount of meat. The total calorie count is also over 2,000kcal. It is priced at 1,380 yen.
