Bowl "Charcoal Yakitori Bowl" boasts yakitori grilled over charcoal. The tender "momo" (thigh) with Sukiya's special soy sauce sauce, the coarsely ground "tsukune" (chicken meat), and the delicious "chicken skin" are used to create a variety of textures and flavors. It can be enjoyed with rice soaked in sweet sauce.

At the same time, a new "hot and spicy yakitori bowl" with a numbing spiciness is also available. The special hot and spicy sauce with aromatic sansho (Japanese pepper), hwasho (red pepper), and chili pepper is a perfect match for the sweet and spicy yakitori.
