Carefully selected large cuts of pork shoulder loin are grilled to perfection in a special sauce that blends a sweet and spicy sauce inspired by the famous Obihiro pork bowl in Obihiro, Hokkaido, the birthplace of the pork bowl, and the secret garlic and soy sauce sauce used for the suta-don. The dish is served over a large bowl of rice. It is topped with yam flavored with Japanese soup stock and an egg. The price is 1,080 yen (tax included, same as below).
