enshiman Teishoku Tenka Ippin will introduce "Kottori Tenshiman" and "Kottori Tenshiman Teishoku". The new menu items are recommended by the official image character "YUSHI-san" and will be available from January 10, 2023.

Rice "Hotteri Tenshindon Rice" is the second in the "Hotteri" series, following "Hotteri Karaage" which has been sold at Tenka Ippin stores nationwide since November 2022.

Warm rice is topped with a fluffy egg. The soup, which is synonymous with Tenka Ippin, is thickly poured over the rice in place of red bean paste, and is described as a Tenshindon rice dish that only Tenka Ippin can make.

The idea for this dish came from a customer who asked, "Can you pour the rich broth over my tentsu-rice as well?" The menu was created as a back-up menu item, and after gaining popularity through SNS, it was officially made available as a new menu item. Prices start at 550 yen for a standard size (including tax, the same below).

Kottori

Tentsu-meshi Set Meal" consists of a small bowl of "Kottori Tentsu-meshi" and a bowl of ramen noodles. The ramen can be ordered as "rich," "light," "yatai no aji," or "miso ramen. Prices start at 1,200 yen.
