"Double Beef Kalbi Sutaminadon" consists of 130g (4.59oz) of juicy beef kalbi rubbed with salt koji and mirin, fried with crushed garlic, mixed with coarsely ground pork and pork back fat, and served on a large bowl of rice (3 cups).
