Ingredients
- 1 bag of boiled udon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Dash of salad oil
Directions
1. Put udon and flour in a plastic bag and shake thoroughly until noodles break apart
2. Sprinkle flour on a cutting board and braid the noodles. After braiding, hold both ends and twist, then crush the ends together to form a doughnut shape.
3. Pour oil into a pan and heat to 180℃. Add udon noodles and deep fry until golden brown on both sides.
4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the deep-fried udon noodles and serve!
