This is a menu that combines thick-sliced beef stew like a long-established Western-style restaurant, which is stewed until it becomes thick, and special flat noodles. Grated cheese is applied to the flat noodles. You can choose from two types of noodles: cold noodles (cold noodles) and hot noodles (hot noodles). This time I chose the heat.
