Ramen Yamaoka-ke has announced on its official website that "Shrimp Shio Ramen" and "Shrimp Shio Tsukemen" will be available as limited-time menu items. Both will be available from April 25.

Shrimp Shio Ramen

Shrimp Shio Ramen is a popular limited-time menu item that sold a total of 230,000 servings when it first appeared in March 2019. This time, it has been reissued with even more improvements than before. It is characterized by the rich flavor of "shrimp sauce," which is made by slowly simmering several kinds of shrimp.

In addition to the single item, a "Special Gyoza Set" is also available, which is a combination of Yamaoka's standard side dish, "Special Gyoza". The set is cheaper than ordering ramen and gyoza separately. The price is 910 yen for the shrimp salt ramen (including tax) and 1,230 yen for the special gyoza set.

Shrimp Shio Tsukemen

Shrimp Shio Tsukemen" is also available as a stand-alone item or as part of a special gyoza (dumpling) set. The price is 950 yen for a single item and 1,270 yen for the set.
