White Mos Burger" will be available at Mos Burger from July 13 to mid-September (except at some stores). At the same time, "Summer Toku Set" will be available for a limited time.

White Mos Burger

The "White Mos Burger" is an adaptation of the signature "Mos Burger. The "Mos Burger" is a beautiful looking hamburger with a special meat sauce and sliced tomatoes matched with a generous amount of white sauce made with cheese.


The white sauce is made with four types of cheese (cream, Gouda, Emmentaler, and Parmigiano-Reggiano) carefully selected to match the meat sauce and tomatoes. The combination of several cheeses with different characteristics brings out unique flavors and aromas. By adding the acidity of yogurt as a secret ingredient, the cheese sauce has been created with a balance of richness and freshness. The cheese is heat-treated.

The price is 470 yen (tax included, same as below). The "Double White Moss Burger" with two patties is 610 yen.

Summer Toku Set

The "Summer Toku Set" is a set of limited-time summer menu items available at a discount. The set includes a "White Mos Burger," " Edamame Corn Fries," and a set drink. The price is 790 yen.


The set drink can be changed to a shake, soup, café latte, etc. for an additional charge.
The patty of the summer set cannot be doubled.
