New products jointly developed with Shizuoka
DaiichiTelevision's "Marugoto". The joint development with Shizuoka Daiichi Television began in 2019, and this year marks the fifth time. In each case, we have sold attractive products with ingredients associated with Shizuoka Prefecture.
Continuing from last year, this year's product uses "Aijiro Miso" from Kaneju Foods (Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture), which has been making miso for 300 years in Shizuoka Prefecture. Aijiro miso, a miso unique to Shizuoka Prefecture, was created by court nobles who moved from war-torn Kyoto to Suruga during the Warring States period, hoping to make Kyoto-style white miso in Suruga.
It combines the characteristics of Kyoto white miso, which is sweet and lightly salted, and country miso, which is reddish-black and rich in flavor, with a mild salty taste. The aroma and sweetness of koji spreads and the flavor of soybeans can be felt well.
Loin Cutlet Burger with Miso Sauce "Aijiro Miso" (

The spicy and robust flavor of the sauce becomes milder when combined with the tomatoes, making for a refreshing taste. The price is 490 yen (tax included).
