Mos Burger "Cream Cheese Teriyaki Burger" and "Teriyaki Burger

The Cream Cheese Teriyaki Burger will be available at Mos Burger from March 24 through mid-May (except at some locations). At the same time, the regular "Teriyaki Burger" will be renewed.

Cream Cheese Teriyaki Burger

This popular product has been sold exclusively during the delicious lettuce season since 2016, selling more than 2 million servings when the campaign was rolled out. Due to many requests from customers to bring it back, it will be available for a limited time only.

The burger is a juicy patty (meat) mixed with an original teriyaki sauce made with soy sauce and miso (red miso and white miso), and is topped with plenty of crispy lettuce and cream cheese. The cream cheese is based on Australian cream cheese, which has a good balance of richness and acidity, and is enhanced with cream cheese powder for a fresh taste. The creamy milkiness and richness of mascarpone cheese powder is added to match the new teriyaki sauce.

Priced at 410 yen (tax included, same as below). A "Cream Cheese Double Teriyaki Burger" with two patties will also be available.

Teriyaki Burger

The "Teriyaki Burger" is a long-running product that has been supported as a representative of Japanese-style burgers for 49 years since its establishment. As the company celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, the teriyaki sauce of the "Teriyaki Burger" will be renewed in the hope that customers will take another look at this classic product. This is the seventh time the "Teriyaki Burger" has been renewed since 2019.

Cocoa powder and black ground sesame are added to the traditional teriyaki sauce to thicken the flavor. Rice vinegar and balsamic vinegar were also added to tighten the overall flavor of the sauce, adding richness, acidity, and depth.

The Teriyaki Burger is priced at 380 yen. The "Double Teriyaki Burger" and "Soy Teriyaki Burger" will also be renewed at the same time.
