Mos Burger "Green Burger [Teriyaki]"

At each Mos Burger store, the hamburger "Green Burger [Teriyaki]", which uses vegetables and grains as the main ingredients without using animal ingredients as raw materials, will be released on September 22 (excluding some stores). The price is 580 yen (tax included).

Green burger [Teriyaki]

As the second version of "Green Burger" that appeared in March last year, "Teriyaki Burger" is reproduced without using animal ingredients. Sandwich soy patties with green leaves, tomatoes and shredded lettuce in green buns. You can enjoy the teriyaki sauce and green mayo sauce provided in the attached "Pakitte" to your liking while adjusting the amount yourself.

Soipati is based on soybean-derived vegetable protein, with shiitake extract to add flavor, and konjac and cabbage to add texture and sweetness to achieve the same eating response as meat. The buns, which are kneaded with spinach puree, are finished with a moist texture by adding soy milk cream in the form of butter.

Mos Burger "Green Burger [Teriyaki]"

The teriyaki sauce exclusively for green burgers uses fine white sugar made from sugar beet to add a light sweetness, and mustard and black pepper to add sharpness. Even though it does not use animal ingredients, you can feel the taste and richness.

Green mayonnaise contains edamame to give a richness that replaces the egg, which is the main ingredient of mayonnaise. It is finished in a green sauce, which is the image color of "green burger".
