One of the "Japan's production area support burgers" aimed at supporting production areas and producers whose shipments have been declining since the spread of the new type of coronavirus infection. The decision was made to revive the burger after receiving many requests for it.

The bun is topped with a green leaf, shredded cabbage, and two crispy fried sea bream cutlets, topped with Mos original lemon tartar sauce.

The sea bream landed in Ainan Town, Ehime Prefecture, is characterized by its fatty and fine texture, and is seasoned to bring out the flavor of white fish, according to the menu. The sea bream is so firm that it is used for sashimi, and is deep-fried in the restaurant to give it a fluffy texture. The lemon tartar is also made to go well with the sea bream cutlets and is said to be refreshing.
