At each Mos Burger store, "Ebiten Shichimi Mayo" will be resold for a limited time from August 18th to mid-September (excluding some stores). The price is 445 yen (excluding tax).

It was sold for a limited time from September to November last year (2019), and it was very popular with sales of about 2.9 million meals. It will be sold for a limited time because many people have requested a revival even after the sale ends.

"Ebiten Shichimi Mayo" is a hamburger with a typical Japanese dish "Ebiten Tempura" as the main ingredient. The shrimp tempura, which is fried one by one by hand so that the batter blooms at the factory, has a pleasant texture even after being soaked in the Tentsuyu-style sauce. It is a dish that is "delicious to the sound".

We use Shichimi from Kyoto's long-established Shichimiya Honpo, which is said to be one of Japan's three major Shichimi Karagarashi. The special Shichimi Mayo sauce is made by adding Japanese ingredients such as salted koji and white soy sauce to the flavor of bonito and kelp, and has a crisp taste with the seven flavors of "Shichimi Honpo", which is characterized by the spicy spiciness and refreshing aroma of Japanese pepper. It is finished. On the green leaf, put two tempura of shrimp soaked in Tentsuyu-style sauce, sprinkle with Nanami Mayo sauce, and sandwich with fresh sliced tomatoes in buns (bread).
